How to Make a Referral

As an official referring agency to Dreams to Reality you may make a request for services on behalf of your client by either mailing or faxing a completed referral form to Dreams to Reality.
After receipt of the referral form, a representative of Dreams to Reality will schedule an appointment for clothing selection with your client.
Clients are eligible for services if they live in a Missouri county not served by a similar organization, are in the job search process, and meet your organizations definition of low-income. Exceptions can be made by request and approval of a majority of the Board of Directors.
