How this program works

Women are referred from other agencies such as Division of Family Services’ job readiness program. An appointment is made for each participant.
Personal Image Consultants will assist the customer in selecting one suit, accessories, shoes, etc.Hairstyles and cosmetic makeovers will also be offered to the customer when available. Once the participant has secured a job,she may return for clothing to wear to the job she found.
Dreams to Reality does not only seek to assist women in obtaining interview-ready apparel, but more importantly assisting them in improving their self-esteem and ultimately enhancing their quality of life through employment and financial independence. Dreams to Reality provides these services at no cost to the participants thanks to the generous donations of apparel and accessories from community members and local businesses.
