At Dreams to Reality, we envision a world where women are no longer bound by self-doubt or limited by circumstance—a world where they have the confidence, tools, and support to achieve their dreams. Through our She Leads event, we are turning that vision into reality.

“She Leads” is more than just a fashion show; it's a transformative experience with a powerful message of empowerment. Our mission is to raise essential funds to support women in Mid-Missouri who are transitioning into the workforce. By providing them with interview and work attire, we help women take those first, critical steps toward new opportunities, empowering them to break through barriers and thrive in their chosen careers.

Every dollar raised at She Leads goes directly to Dreams to Reality, fueling our mission to uplift women in pivotal moments of their lives.
