Logistics Committee

This team ensures the event runs seamlessly from start to finish. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, managing check-in and registration, and keeping everything on schedule. Additionally, this committee will secure essential production elements such as lighting, runway setup, sound equipment, and any other technical needs to create a true fashion show experience. If you love organization, problem-solving, and making sure every detail is covered, this is the team for you!

Venue Design Committee

Help transform the Capital Bluffs Event Center into a breathtaking fashion show experience! This committee will work on layout design, seating arrangements, lighting, and décor. Creative minds and detail-oriented individuals are welcome!

Sponsorship Committee

This team is dedicated to securing financial and in-kind support to make SHE Leads a spectacular success. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential sponsors, developing sponsorship packages, maintaining relationships with current sponsors, and ensuring sponsors receive proper recognition before, during, and after the event. If you have strong networking skills, a passion for fundraising, or experience in donor relations, this is the perfect role for you!

Set-Up/Tear-Down Committee

It takes a village to create (and break down) a runway-worthy experience! This team will assist in setting up model dressing rooms, clothing racks, runway and venue décor,  before the event and then help pack up everything once the show is over. If you’re handy and don’t mind a little heavy lifting, we need you!

Volunteer Recruitment Committee

The fashion show can’t happen without volunteers! This team will help recruit and coordinate volunteers across all committees, ensuring each role is filled. If you’re great at networking and rallying people together, this is your calling.

Fashion Designer

Calling all designers! We’re looking for talented individuals to contribute original designs to be showcased on the runway. Whether you’re an established designer or an aspiring creative, this is a chance to have your work seen and celebrated.

Marketing Committee

Help spread the word about SHE LEADS! This committee is responsible for social media promotions, flyer distribution, PR outreach, and media coordination. If you have a knack for content creation, writing, or graphic design, join us in making this event the talk of the town!

ost/Hostess Committee

This team will be the face of SHE LEADS, ensuring guests feel welcome and have an amazing experience. Duties include greeting guests, assisting with seating, answering questions, and providing general event support. If you love engaging with people and making them feel special, we’d love to have you!

Backstage Committee

The behind-the-scenes magic happens here! This team will assist models, designers, and stylists with quick changes, organization, and general backstage coordination. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love fashion, this is your place.
